General terms and conditions

• The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person per night. This is a surcharge that has to be paid directly in the hotel. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this charge, which must be paid up to the tenth night of any consecutive stay.
• Rooms are ready from 3.00 pm onwards on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you are arriving after 8.00 p.m.
• The rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• No penalty will be charged if you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the first day of your stay
• From 13 to 0 days before the day of arrival you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the holiday in the event of a cancellation.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your holiday by cash (up to € 1999.99), cheques, debit cards and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Carta Sì, Diners) or Satispay.

We care about the well-being of animals and firmly believe they deserve the right spaces, so they can feel at home. We regret that we are unable to accept our four-legged friends as we do not have suitable facilities to accommodate them.
